The Easylogi platform facilitates the collaboration of secure suppliers offering services in transportation, warehouse, customs, and insurance with companies seeking these services.

Supplier companies must first become members of the platform and comply with the commitments outlined in the contract terms. To become a member, companies must meet certain reliability criteria specified in the contract, and evidence of meeting these criteria is required. Once the membership process is completed, suppliers receive requests from companies looking to purchase services based on their capabilities and service offerings.

During the registration process, suppliers upload certificates and other competency and reliability documents. These documents are communicated to companies at every stage of the quotation process, allowing companies to evaluate offers with awareness of the supplier's credentials. Additionally, customer satisfaction surveys are conducted based on transactions made through the platform, and performance information is shared with potential customers through the system.

The Easylogi platform is open only to reliable and competent suppliers who fulfill their commitments. In cases where a company is found not to fulfill its commitments, its membership is terminated.
